Haryana GST Dept. issued an Order regarding constitution of ‘Haryana State

The Haryana GST Department issued Order No. 01/2024/GST-II dated March 15, 2024 regarding the Modification of its earlier Order No. 02/2021/GST-II, dated March 22, 2021 regarding constitution of Haryana State GST Intelligence Unit (HGST-IU).

The Haryana State GST IU (HGST-IU) was constituted vide order no. 02/2021/GST-II dated March 22, 2021 which was mandated to investigate the cases related to evasion of Goods and Services Tax.
