Co-founder & CEO

Arun is a qualified FCA and Company Secretary and currently working as a GST consultant for various companies, he has over 15 years of experience working with large corporations such as TCS, ICICI Bank, and Soma Isolux. Besides writing two GST books, Arun has also trained organizations such as the SGST officers for Madhya Pradesh Commercial Tax, Indian Air Force officers in Kolkata and Tax Bar Association of Madhya Pradesh. In addition, he has been a guest. speaker on ICAI and ICSI platforms and a faculty member on e-learning platforms like CA club India

CA Pooja Garg

Co-founder & COO

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 16 years of professional experience and 1st Gen entrepreneur. Experience in F&A and providing Training to students , Corporates and professionals. Founder of an Ed startup which is into providing Skill-based Training in F&A, Taxation, and related subjects. Possesses diversified knowledge gained through various courses like Concurrent Audit of Banks and Valuations by ICAI, GST practitioner course by Govt of India. Also advised early stage start-up's through her consulting firm. Currently pursuing LLB to get exposure in the legal matters and will be participating in 14th cohort of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).

Gaurav is a Chartered Accountant and Finance Management professional with over 12 years of experience in Consulting and Industry. He is having Exposure in Financial Management & Corporate Accounting, Audits, Corporate finance, Corporate laws, Taxation, and India entry services. From time to time Gaurav has proven his leadership, management, and team-building skills.

Deepak Bansal


An experienced engineering professional with more than 10 years of expertise of leading complex projects and cross-functional teams. He has worked with multiple startups from the initial stage and helped scale those startups to approximately a million active users. He has been instrumental in building the parking platform at Park+ from scratch to a solution of handling a million users which when he looks back at makes him feel proud. He has worked as a full stack Developer and on full SDLC including Architecture designing, UI designing, implementation, bug fixing and maintenance. He likes creating solutions and building teams that have the capability to scale. He aims at locating the issue first and then proceed towards working on the solution. He feels passionate towards taking more such projects where he can challenge himself to come up with more innovative and creative problem solving ideas.
