Mohd. Asim is a Chartered Accountant, a Company Secretary and a B.com (hons.) graduate from the Sri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. At present he is working as a corporate tax executive with MBG Corporate Services, Gurgaon.

He is also a GST and Income Tax Trainer at Henry Harvin Institute providing practical training to professional. Along with this, he is also a visiting faculty at Aligarh Muslim University teaching Business laws and Corporate tax. Sir has also Presented Paper entitled “How to think like an Entrepreneur: A Case study of Dubai” at International Conference, Department of Commerce, AMU, Aligarh. He is Adjudged as a top ten soft skill speakers by BOSCH-Soft Skill Training Program in 2018. Sir also represented his college  at 10th Nani Palkhivala tax moot court competition held at Government Law College, Mumbai   where 26 teams from all over the country participated and awarded the best memorial  award through the  panel consist of  Hon’ble  Mr. Justice S J Vazifdar,  Hon’ble  Mr. Justice A.A. Sayed , Hon’ble  Mr. Justice M.S. Sanklecha,  judges of the Bombay High Court.

From January 2017 till April 2024, Sir practiced as a tax consultant. His work included of Analyzing clients' financial data and recommend tax-efficient solutions to minimize liabilities, maximize savings and developing effective strategies aligning the client’s goals and objectives.
