Relaxation in time period for Revocation or Cancellation in GST
Principal Secretary / Commissioner of Commercial Tax Chennai has issued circular dated 7th April 2021, considering the Supreme Court Order dated 8th March 2021 -
1. In Computing period of limitation for any suit, appeal, application or proceeding the period of from 15 March 2020 till the 14 March 2021 shall stand excluded.
