GSTN Introduces Mandatory Email Verification for TRN Access in GST Registration

Under the revised process, applicants are now required to enter the TRN, registered e-mail address and CAPTCHA code to proceed with the application and complete OTP verification.

Earlier, applicants could access the application by entering only the TRN and CAPTCHA code. The updated process is as follows:

Earlier: TRN + CAPTCHA Code
Now: TRN + E-mail Address + CAPTCHA Code
