GSTN has provided new facility to find HSN/SAC codes

The Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) enabled a new facility to find HSN/SAC codes online on GST Portal and excel format on a downloadable basis. 

The facility can be accessed at: Services> User services> HSN code> Download HSN in Excel Format
