Govt. of Rajasthan notified regarding the extension of Time Limit for Filing Appeals before GSTAT
The Finance Department, Govt. of Rajasthan on February 16, 2026, notified regarding the extension of Time Limit for Filing Appeals before GST Appellate Tribunal.
The Government has notified June 30, 2026, as the last date to file appeals before the Appellate Tribunal for orders communicated before April 01, 2026. For orders communicated on or after April 01, 2026, appeals shall be filed within three months from the date of communication of the order.
