Govt. Extends the last date of filing QPRs/APRs by SEZ units/EOUs/Developers

The Department of Commerce under SEZ Division issued Circular vide No. K-43022/7/2020-SEZ dated June 29, 2021 for extension in the last date of filing QPRs/APRs by SEZ units/EOUs/Developers upto December 31, 2021.

The Under Secretary of Government, Sumit Kumar Sachan notified that in order to ensure ease of doing business during the Covid related hardships, this Department has further decided to extend the time period for filing APRS/QPRS by SEZ Units/Developers/EOUS up to 31st December 2021.

Last year also the Government while keeping in view of hardship due to COVID-19, decided to extend the time period for filing APRs/QPRs by SEZ Units/Developers/EOUs upto 31st December, 2020.
