Government of India notifies the Finance (No.2) Act, 2024

Finance (No.2) Bill, 2024 has received the assent of the President and now it is Finance (No.2) Act, 2024. However, amendments related to GST are not yet notified!

Only once notified, the benefits of Section 16(5), Section 16(6), Section 128A etc. can be taken.
