Functionality for Challan Correction now available at Income Tax

The Income Tax portal has introduced a new feature called "Challan Correction". Taxpayers can modify details such as the Assessment Year, Major Head, and Minor Head for payments related to Challans for Assessment Year 2020-21 onwards.

 

For this you need to login via using pay e tax option
You can use any PAN, after that put your mobile number and login after enter the OTP received on your mobile.
