Exemption of Extra Neutral Alcohol used to manufacture alcoholic liquors from GST

As per recent tweet by CNBC-TV18, stating that the 52nd GST Council approves to exempt Extra Neutral Alcohol (both Grain-based and molasses-based) used to manufacture alcoholic liquors from GST.
