CBIC issued amendments of Territorial Jurisdiction of Commissioner of Central Excise and Service Tax

The CBIC vide Notification No. 02 /2023-Central Excise (N.T.) dated September 04, 2023 has issued the amendments in the Central Excise Act, 1944, based on section 2(b) and rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2017. These amendments affect the Notification No. 13/2017-Central Excise (N.T.) dated June 09, 2017 and pertain to Table II within that notification.
