CBIC amends Notification Regarding Territorial Jurisdiction of Alwar, Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur

The CBIC issued Notification No. 10/2024-Central Tax dated May 29, 2024, amending Notification No. 02/2017-Central Tax dated June 19, 2017, to redefine the territorial jurisdiction of Principal Commissioners/Commissioners of Central Tax in Alwar, Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur. Effective August 5, 2023, specific districts and tehsils in Rajasthan are reassigned: Alwar includes additional districts, Jaipur covers more tehsils, Jodhpur's jurisdiction expands, and Udaipur gains several districts.
