Additional/Joint Commissioners to Adjudicate DGGI Notices from Dec 1, 2024

The CBIC vide NN 27/2024-CT, dated November 25, 2024, amends NN 02/2017-CT to redefine the powers of Additional/Joint Commissioners under the GST. Effective from December 01, 2024, Principal Commissioners/;Commissioners listed in Table V are authorized to pass orders or decisions on notices issued by Directorate General of GST Intelligence officers under sections 67, 73, 74, 76, 122, 125, 127, 129, and 130 of the CGST Act, 2017, across specified jurisdictions in India.
