Rohan Sogani is a Chartered Accountant and is a Law Graduate and has more than 12 years of experience in working in the areas of Direct Tax and Foreign Exchange Management Act. He has also in the past worked for Ernst and Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers. 

He regularly appears before the appellate forums in the field of Direct Taxes, such as Commissioner Appeals and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, and has many reported cases to his credit.  

In the past he has written articles which have been published by Chamber of Tax Consultants, Mumbai, Taxsutra.com, taxmann.com, itatonline etc. He has been speaker in various seminars and study circle meetings of various branches of ICAI.
