CA Asha K Sharma is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of post qualification experience in audit and taxation. Her expertise spans Investigation Audits, Financial Due Diligence, Advisory & litigation practice in GST & Income Tax matters, Start-Ups Advisory and compliance services.  She is also engaged in Corporate Training and MIS development, assisting entrepreneurs in building and strengthening their in-house accounts and finance teams.

Committed to continuous learning & self upgradation, she has successfully completed several specialized courses, including DISA, Certificate Courses on Cooperatives & NPOs; Indirect Taxes; Forensic Audit and Fraud Prevention; Concurrent Audit of Banks; GST; Forex & Treasury Management; Business Responsibility & Sustainability Reporting (BRSR); MSME & Start-Ups ; Artificial Intelligence (Level-1) i.e AICA-1 from ICAI.

2. She is also a qualified Social Auditor and a proud member of the Institute of Social Auditors of India. Additionally, she is empanelled with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) for Independent Director and also a Peer Reviewer, empanelled with the Peer Review Board of ICAI
